Great Ways To Use Lavender Essential Oil:
- Mix several drops to distilled water and spray on bedding
& pillows to ensure a peaceful sleep.
- Mix several drops to a carrier oil such as coconut, sweet
almond or jojoba and put on your pulse points to promote
relaxation. This also makes a great massage oil!
- Make your own scrub! Mix 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup carrier
oil and several drops of lavender.
- Create your own spa bath. Mix 1 cup Epsom salt with 3-4
drops of lavender and place mixture in warm bath.
Blends Well With: Lavender's top note is strong,
therefore it blends well with citrus scents (lemon, orange,
etc.). Lavender also blends wonderfully with bergamot, chamomile,
clary sage, jasmine, patchouli, pine, rose and ylang ylang.
